The founder of Doha International Consulting Group pioneered the idea of solution-based approaches in Qatar market. A Business Graduate from USA, with extensive domain knowledge in HR with over three decades in senior HR positions in multi-cultural, multi-national Oil & Gas, Energy, Media, Hospitality, Sports organizations such as Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Water & Electricity Company, Al Jazeera English, Doha Sheraton Hotel, Qatar Stars League & few more.

During his 6 Years tenure as Director of HR at Doha Sheraton Hotel, he was successful in implementing HR policies towards hotel operation maximization. He was awarded the prestigious President Award for the Best Director HR for Middle East & North Africa Region in 2002 by Starwood Hotels.

Mr. Ishan Faizal

Group General Manager

The Regional Business Head, who has an outgoing dynamic personality involves in overall operational functions for two decades in GCC market that gives an added impetus together with professionalism in the sphere of management consultancy. His proven experience in managing human resources & marketing, who holds a MBA from USA, PQ in CIM, UK, assures a distinction in this market.

He has a very good understanding in market behavior pattern since he manages big volume of business with a diversified clientele which helps client’s decision-making process.
